We’ve created this friendly and free course to help you understand where confidence comes from and how to give yours a boost!

 

You'll discover ways to feel more motivated, find your voice and strengthen your boundaries.

The course runs over 3 sessions: 2 hours each week

We will ask you which area you live in so that we can give you the choice of venues, dates and times available.

What to expect

This course offers an opportunity for both informal group discussion and time for individual reflection.

 

It is a safe and supportive space, without judgement or competition.

 

Everyone is invited to get involved at their own pace and move forward, or step back as they feel.

 

Over the three 2-hour sessions, you'll get a chance to explore:

  • Helpful ways of interpreting situations

  • The benefits of assertiveness 

  • The role of self care in feeling good

  • Living your best lifestyle

  • Goal setting and next steps that feel right for you
