Loneliness: Making a Difference

Reducing the impact of loneliness and isolation in our communities starts with understanding the issues, challenges and possibilities from different perspectives.

Raising awareness, deepening our understanding and sharing ideas are all vital steps to creating the kind of communities we all need.

  • Communities where people can find connection in many different ways.

  • Communities where people feel like they belong.

  • Communities where no-one is left behind.
