Community Connector

The role will work directly with individuals, supporting them to build their confidence and motivation, to engage in social activities, and to broaden their social network. Increasing people’s active involvement in their local communities can strengthen resilience at both a personal and community level. It also reduces health inequalities by supporting people to address the wider determinants of health, such as debt, poor housing and physical inactivity. It works particularly well for adults who are lonely or isolated, and those with complex social needs which affect their wellbeing.

TERM: Up to 31st March 2025 (with possibility to extend, subject to funding)

SALARY: £18,102 + 5% pension contribution

HOURS: 28 hours per week
