Art Exhibition: Creativity Through Social Prescribing

Creative fulfilment can be a vital element of one’s social prescribing journey. This exhibition is a celebration of the innovative ways community based social prescribing can transform people’s lives. Works exhibited are produced by clients of DVA’s Social Prescribing Service. There will be Staff present to discuss social prescribing.
